Keeping you safe in class during COVID 19
You must not attend yoga class if you feel unwell or have COVID 19 symptoms such as cough, sore throat, fever or shortness of breath. Call your doctor for guidance.
You will be provided hand sanitiser to use before & after class.
You need to bring you own yoga mat, blankets, water bottle & belts to class for your personal use.
Your are positioned in yoga room at least 1.5 m from next person, and only 8 to 10 people per class.
Yoga room is cleaned regularly and touch surfaces cleaned before & after use.
We will have one online yoga classes for those who are high risk or are not comfortable to return to a live class.

A balanced form of physical yoga. Good for men & couples.
V Yoga = Vinyasa Yoga
A slow flowing physical yoga
VH Yoga = VinHatha Yoga
Intermediate – A combination of Flow & Hatha
Gentle Yoga = Gentle Yoga
Back to basics & lots of drills – Suited to beginners & older people
C Yoga = Combo Yoga
Easy to intermediate class – flow & hatha
CS Yoga = Chair Strength Yoga
Basics & strength exercises in chair & using props – good for older adults
T Yoga = Tantra Yoga
Yoga of energy & meditation. (TBA)
Med = Meditation Yoga
Meditation practices including mantra & mindfulness. (TBA)
TaiCore = Tai Chi & Core
Tai Chi like flow for balance, Qi Gong Breathing for relaxation, and some stronger Kung Fu like moves for fitness & strength
