Sit Comfortably or Lie Down with Legs Bent & Knees touching.
Bring your awareness to the nose…
Feel the breath sensation – inhaling slightly cool air
Exhaling slightly warm air…
Just observe – there is no perfect way – all is OK…
Just feel the breath sensation right up at the bridge of the nose – the olfactory area.
